27 November 2025, Kajha (Wazirganj, Gaya): The third floor of Loknayak Jayaprakash (LNJP) Eye Hospital, Kaja (Wazirganj, Gaya), operated by Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra (NBJK), was inaugurated today by senior officials from KONE Elevator India Pvt. Ltd.—Mr. M.P. Saravanan (Senior Director-People, Communications & CSR), Mr. Rufus Davidson (CSR Lead), and Mr. Ranjan Alok (Senior Area Manager).
Under its CSR initiative, KONE Elevator India has extended significant support to LNJP Eye Hospital by providing essential ophthalmic equipment such as a slit lamp, non-contact tonometer, auto refractometer, keratometer, A-scan, high-zoom microscope, CBC machine, binocular microscope, along with 60 patient beds. This contribution will enhance the hospital’s capacity to deliver quality eye care services to nearly 9 million people in Gaya, Jehanabad, Nawada, and Aurangabad districts.
NBJK Secretary Mr. Satish Girija expressed heartfelt gratitude to KONE Elevator India and appreciated their commitment to improving rural healthcare services. The event witnessed the presence of NBJK Programme Director Mr. Gandharv Gaurav, Mr. Anand Abhinav, Hospital Manager Mr. Saurabh Raj, medical specialists Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Anand, Dr. Neetu Kumari, Dr. P. Ranjan, Mr. Sudarshan Pandey, and several dedicated health staff members.
