06 October 2025, Bahera (Chouparan, Hazaribagh): The newly constructed Paramedical Block and Modular Operation Theatre were inaugurated at LNJP Eye Hospital, Bahera on 27th September.
The ceremony was graced by Mr. Kuldeep Singh (Country Director–India & Asia Pacific Regional Director, SEVA, USA) as the Chief Guest, and Mrs. Uma Bharathi Vunnam (Program Officer, SEVA, USA) as the Guest of Honour.
The event also witnessed the esteemed presence of Mr. Girija Satish, President-NBJK; Mr. Gandharv Gaurav and Mr. Anand Abhinav, Program Directors–NBJK; Mr. Santosh Kumar Puri, Manager–LNJP Eye Hospital; Mr. Ambar Nidhi Shroff, Incharge–Paramedical Institute; Mr. Vikant Kumar Singh, Senior Optometrist; Ms. Sneha Shri, Faculty; and Mr. Sonu Kumar, Office Attendant.
Addressing the students, Mr. Kuldeep Singh said, “You, as Ophthalmic Assistants, are the future of eye care. Always listen to your patients with care—they depend entirely on you.”
Mrs. Uma Bharati encouraged students to gain practical excellence and deliver better vision services for a brighter future.
NBJK President Mr. Girija Satish motivated the students, saying that the power to transform circumstances lies in their hands—they can shape both the direction and destiny of the nation.
